At Menopause Medley, we provide a wide range of resources and support for women going through the menopause phase. While so many women display admirable perseverance while juggling life and menopause symptoms, their journey needn't be so taxing. My events and programs offer a natural oasis of support, tools and compassion, which can help you manage your symptoms better, boost your self confidence and maintain a positive attitude. Menopause training covers everything from the basics of hormones and their functions, to the warning signs and symptoms of menopause. Providing information on the latest medical advances in HRT and natural remedies, and train women on the skills and knowledge needed to make informed decisions for their health and well-being. Menopause in the workplace can be a delicate subject, but at Menopause Medley, we help employers to provide the right support and understanding which will ultimately lead to increased staff retention and happier, healthier employees! Half-day workshops that grant 1 CPD point for participation are available. These workshops focus on aligning with your company values to address the impact of menopause on the work environment. As an employee, how are you supporting and promoting understanding and awareness? If you provide the work environment, I can deliver the necessary training. These workshops offer excellent discussions and support for your teams. The training can be made to meet the specific needs of your organisation.
Menopause and Health
As women go through menopause, they often experience a variety of unexpected symptoms. I provide comprehensive training and guidance to help women understand the mechanisms behind these changes. Similar to trees shedding their leaves in the fall, we reach a point in our lives that is confusing and hard to handle. The phoenix, a legendary bird, continuously renews itself, and we should do the same. We need to embrace menopause and rely on the support of those around us to transform into a different, yet resilient woman, prepared for the next chapter of life.
